Winter Handweaving Classes at Slater Mill

Tuesdays, 6:30 – 8:30pm

10 weeks January 27 – April 7

Tuition: $235 for Slater Mill members / $245 for non-members

Weaving Studio is an ongoing class for all levels and covers all aspects of handweaving, including project planning, dressing the loom, reading a draft, rhythm and individual weaving techniques, and finishing.

INSTRUCTOR: Suzi Ballenger is a production weaver and exhibiting artist on the RISCA artist roster. She bring 25-years experience to teaching all levels of weaving, with individualized attention directed at advancing student skill and technique.

Taught on Slater Mill floor looms, provided for in-class use.
